Teach me Your way, O Lord, and I will walk in Your truth;
give me an undivided heart, that I may fear your name.

the Lark Ascending

second part is here.

      This piece makes me want to float away.  I love dancing to it...it seems so worshipful.  Songs do not need words to glorify our savior.

I absolutely *love* this song. We have a Vaughn Williams cd and I listen to it all the time when I'm doing school. Such a beautiful piece! Yes, it does make you want to float away. =]

This has to be my absolute favorite Vaughn Williams song. :)

Very gorgeous! Almost all of his pieces seem to have a subtle haunting flavor to them. What's the name of the CD? I've been wanting to get a recording of Vaughan-Williams' music for awhile now, but I have yet to find one I really like.
